Cerca de 40 pessoas participaram da a\u00e7\u00e3o, que ocorreu em parceria com o Conselho Estadual das Revendas de Produtos Agropecu\u00e1rios (CEARPA) do Mato Grosso e Cearpa Sinop.&nbsp;<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Foram ministradas palestras que abordaram assuntos como sa\u00fade mental, autogest\u00e3o, <em>bornout<\/em> e uso de equipamentos de prote\u00e7\u00e3o. Os operadores receberam ainda orienta\u00e7\u00f5es sobre procedimentos operacionais, sistemas de informa\u00e7\u00e3o, sa\u00fade e seguran\u00e7a do trabalho. O grupo tamb\u00e9m visitou a Central de Recebimento de Sinop.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cAl\u00e9m dos diversos temas abordados, nos aprofundamos em assuntos relacionados \u00e0 sa\u00fade e seguran\u00e7a dos trabalhadores, uma vez que seguran\u00e7a \u00e9 um valor importante no Sistema Campo Limpo.
